You might be asking “Wait, what’s a bell pendant?” Bell pendants get their name from the shape of their shade, which resembles a bell. These pendants are often seen in entryways, foyers and hanging above kitchen islands, though the possibilities for using bell pendants are truly endless! Bell pendants tend to be more traditional in style, although contemporary styles are offered as well, and bells are available in a wide variety of finishes.

Same as mini pendants, bell pendants are often used in pairs or trios, such as in the photo above–where that pair of Westminster pendants looks fabulous over a long, rectangular dining room table. The room mixes traditional flourishes with more casual touches, creating versatile transitional style, and Westminster fits perfectly into it.

Here’s a close-up shot so you can better see the details in the Westminster pendants. The attention to detail in the light sources, with the curved bobeches (the bit beneath the metal candle covers underneath the light bulbs) and the tiny finial at the bottom, adds another dimension of thoughtful style to your spaces.

The Sea Gull Lighting Westminster collection is small but mighty. It is only available in the Autumn Bronze finish. You can choose from 3 different fixtures: a 3-light pendant that is 24″ in height, a 3-light pendant that is 28.75″ in height and a 2-light fixture that is convertible, so it can be used as a ceiling semi-flush mount or a hanging pendant.

Sea Gull Lighting is a newcomer to Lights Online, but they have been in business since 1919–that’s nearly 100 years of lighting excellence! It is part of the Generation Brands family, which also includes Feiss, Monte Carlo and LBL.
